- Order Processing Time
The Indulge Pure Originals products are produced by hand in small quantities to ensure fresh, high quality products. Every order is picked and packed by hand from the moment you place your order. Order processing time (the total amount of time from when we receive your order request to when it is shipped) averages five business days. Typically, orders are shipping within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Should an order become out of stock, a representative of Indulge Pure Originals will contact you to offer an alternative product or a freshly created product, if possible.
During peak shipping seasons (Holidays), orders may take as long as five business days to process and ship.
- How Do I Track My Order?
Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email with your order number and shipping status. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once the carrier updates the shipping status, you can track your order from our warehouse to your door.

- My Order Says It Was Delivered, But I Never Received It
We’re so sorry! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our hands, but we will do our best to help you. Contact your local USPS post office or FedEx; sometimes they mark packages undeliverable and you’ll need to pick it up in person. Our system automatically red-flags any incorrect addresses, but sometimes invalid addresses slip through the cracks and become undeliverable, so be sure to email us at [email protected] ASAP if your shipping address is incorrect.
- Shipping Information
Orders are shipping by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Customers wishing for expedited shipping services will be responsible for actual costs above the standard flat rate shipping charge. Expedited Shipping increases the speed of the transit time only. The expected delivery date is an estimated quote and Indulge Pure Originals is not held liable for delays once orders are in-transit. Shipping time does not account for order production, order picking, or order packing.
During peak shipping seasons (Holidays), orders may take as long as five business days to process and ship. If Indulge Pure Originals is experiencing shipping delays, you will be notified.
If your order is marked as delivered, but it is not received, please contact your local post office to begin an investigation of your package. If the post office is able to confirm that the postal carrier delivered the order and theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local police department to file a report.
Returns and Exchanges
- Can I Return An Opened Product?
Our joy is found in your enjoyment of Indulge Pure Originals products. Please let us know within ten days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with something you’ve purchased and we will gladly make it right. Returns will not be accepted after ten days, and a processing fee may apply.
Please contact us within two days of receiving your package if there is any damage due to shipping. DO NOT throw anything away. Keep all shipping containers and packaging as we will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.
Please note: your original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. All returns must be shipped to us at your own expense; we cannot accept packages shipped C.O.D. Once the original product(s) are received at Indulge Pure Originals, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid in the form of your original payment. Please allow ~10 business days for Indulge Pure Originals to refund your account upon receipt.
- Can I Return An Unopened Product?
If you simply happen to change your mind about a purchase, we encourage re-gifting! You may also return the unused, unopened product to us within 10 days of receipt and we’ll refund you the full purchase price.

Although rare, mistakes may occur with your order. If you find that we mis-shipped an item, please let us know right away so we can properly fulfill your order. You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.
Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.
Note: DO NOT throw out packaging or the product in question, please take pictures of any concerns, and contact us immediately. We cannot assist with issues/concerns if the product is no longer in your possession.
